Three arrested in Ladson homicide

The Post and Courier
Friday, October 3, 2008

Three suspects in Jason Gadsden's death in Ladson last week have been arrested in Massachusetts.

Gadsden, 21, was found dead Sept. 25 in an automobile on Royle Road near Christie's mobile home park after a witness heard a "pop" and saw someone running away from the vehicle.

U.S. Marshals and Massachusetts state and local police in Peabody and Lynn, Mass. apprehended three people, said Dan Moon, public information officer for the Berkeley County Sheriff's office.

Ronald Webster, 34, will be charged with murder, Moon said. He said that Adam DeQuina, 32, and Joeva Yagman, 40, will be charged with misprision of a felony.

All three suspects lived together in a home on Royle Road near where Gadsden was found dead.

Extradition procedures should be forthcoming, Moon said.
