The Family Circle Tennis Center, 161 Seven Farms Drive, Daniel Island, has scheduled the following events, classes and programs. To register, call 849-5300 or visit www.familycirclecup.com.

2009 FAMILY CIRCLE CUP: The Family Circle Cup will be held April 11-19 at the Family Circle Tennis Center in Charleston.

Adult tennis

The Family Circle Tennis Center offers a comprehensive tennis program for adults at all skill levels. Classes are part of a ladder of development progression that gives each player the direction and skills to move forward to the next level of play.

TENNIS 101: Six-week sessions/rolling admission. One-hour clinic for adult beginners/advanced beginners. Thursday, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Members $70, non $75 (6 sessions).

TENNIS 102: Improve skills with experienced tennis pros. One-hour clinic for advanced beginners. 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday. 6-week session $75; drop-in $15. Rolling admission.

ADULT DRILL: Clinic for 3.5 and up players offers challenging workout, singles and doubles strategy. 10-11:30 a.m. Saturdays. Members $20/class, non $24/class.
