Thursday, Oct. 9, 12 00 a.m.

Thursday, Oct. 9, 12 00 a.m.

Should Henry, Arthur or Williams Middleton sit down at a table at Middleton Place Restaurant, they would experience a taste of home. Okra, rice, field peas and pork are on the menu. This restaurant was birthed by a Junior League project in 1928. In 1949 their Tea Room moved to the current...

Mention the term "raw," and in this Kentucky-fried world, you might as well be speaking Klingon.
But remember, some of our most daunting cuisine is the most elemental.
