Pet Helpers Spay-ghetti Days

What: Through Feb. 25, order a spay-ghetti or neuteroni special and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Pet Helpers. Paticipating restaurants are Cafe Fork, Mondo's Italian Restaurant, Al Di La Trattoria, Parson Jack's Cafe and Morgan Creek Grill. This is a community fundraising and awareness event about spaying/neutering family pets.

Black History Through the Eyes of Our Youth

What: Participants will express what Black History means to them through music, song, dance and spoken word. All participants are from Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester area schools, churches and community centers, ages 4 to 20 years. Three Golden Eagle awards will also be presented at this program. The Golden Eagle award is given to a person who has actively given back and made a difference in the community through mentoring, teaching or being a positive influence.

When: 6-8 p.m.

Where: Burke High School Auditorium, 244 President St., downtown Charleston

Charleston Music Club Recital

What: The Charleston Music Club will present Ashley Fabian in a voice recital with refreshments to follow.
